Founder and CEO
Jeff Crawford is the founder and CEO of Keystone Commercial Real Estate Advisors LLC. With over 35 years of deep expertise in all aspects of real estate and business management, he well-seasoned in contingency planning, case administration combined with hands-on management in the areas of contract negotiations, litigation management, business planning along with risk management.
Jeff applies his three decades of experience in assisting clients to better protect against, respond to, and recover from challenging situations that have regulatory, reputational, or financial implications, as well as transformation and turnaround programs.
Before starting Keystone, Jeff served as Managing Partner of Maybury Partners, a commercial turnaround company.
Justin Crawford joined Keystone Real Estate Advisors in 2024, brining over 15 years of extensive experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors of commercial real estate and business development and turnaround, both domestically and internationally.
Justin specializes in maximizing business investments, negotiating contractual and financial terms, transformational change, strategic adaptation, and new business model development. He collaborates with companies to implement innovative solutions and strategies for addressing industry challenges.

Paul Kueber is the Senior Vice President overseeing, overseeing the firm’s global advisory and consulting business strategy and operations. Paul has over 30 years experience in Product Development specializing in Program Leadership and Engineering. Paul has in-depth experience in real estate Management, New Business Development and Product Strategy.
Paul is a collaborative turnaround specialist with diverse engineering management expertise and proven record in product development, financial analysis, technical issue resolution, manufacturing execution, and effective communication. Recognized leader successful at developing high performing teams to deliver efficient and competitive products.
Paul’s personal experience in finance, product, marketing and manufacturing gives a unique skillset to assist clients with their issues and to provide the perspective and tools to help them reach solutions.
